I am Kish’iona Thomas born and raised in Miami, FL. Since I was a little girl, I seen the need to contribute to society by establishing an organization that will serve as a pillar for girls and young women. One to help create the opportunities for girls beyond county lines, to stand her grounds equally in society, break generational statistics, and create her own paths.

In 2020, AllAbout Hopes & Dreams was birthed in Miami, FL. A youth development organization, that provides community resources to uplift girls and young women through equitable education and resources, and by serving youth disadvantaged and underserved areas with the vital resources and opportunities they are often lacking.  

To create opportunities for underprivileged girls and young women to participate in extracurricular activities, educational enrichment, and other opportunities that will foster their social, emotional, and academic growth.
